POULTRY: Chicken Caprese – Boneless chicken breast with a chili powder and parmesan cheese crust. Baked until crispy and served on a bed of fresh tomato and mozzarella cheese salsa. $29.95 Chicken Carbonara – Boneless chicken breast palliard, pan browned then simmered in a white wine-parmesan cream sauce with capocollo ham, mushrooms, shallots and petite peas. $29.95 Chicken Breast in Dijon Mustard Cream Sauce – Boneless chicken breast brushed with Dijon mustard. Sautéed in butter until golden and served with a creamy Dijon mustard sauce. $27.95 BEEF: Cowboy Steaks with Fresh Salsa – Ribeye steak with a chili spice rub.
