ACCOMMODATIONS

Former classrooms have been fashioned into three spacious guest rooms with first class accommodations. Each room has been recently refurbished to include a private bath. Comfortable furnishings are a mixture of old and new. Each room has TV, CD player, wireless internet access, and coffee in-room. Families and children are welcome. Rooms are non-smoking but smoking is permitted outdoors. Well mannered pets are welcome. Sage Hill accepts most major credit cards. We are sorry, but Sage Hill is not handicapped accessible.

Gift Certificates may be purchased for Sage Hill Services.  Certificates will be honored for one year after purchase date.

Chokecherry Room –  Soothing hues of lavender and green.  Appointed with a pair of scrolled iron double beds.  Private bath with shower.

Reservation/Cancellation Policy:
	Room rates are based on double occupancy and with any room, morning brings the aroma of freshly brewed coffee and a scrumptious three-course breakfast.
	Special dietary restrictions are gladly accommodated with advance notice.
	For the comfort of our guests, we are a totally smoke free inn.  Families and well-mannered pets are welcome.  Sage Hill is open year-long.
	Check in time is 4:00 p.m. Check out time is 11:00 a.m., or by special arrangement with the innkeepers.
	There is a supplemental room charge for each additional person — $20 for the first person and $15 for each additional person per night.
	Reservations may be secured with VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or by personal check.  Any reservation not secured by deposit within 15 days after the time of booking will be automatically released.  Reservations for a single night’s lodging must be pre-paid.
	A $25 processing fee will be charged for cancelled room reservations paid by credit card.
	Cancellations require notification of at least seven days prior to arrival date to avoid a charge of one night’s lodging.  Special cancellation provisions are in effect for hunting season.
	All services are applicable to North Dakota sales tax.
	Wireless internet access is available throughout the facility.
